Overnight Staycation
This staycation includes one night in the Chaminade dorm, an evening Relaxation class, breakfast and a morning Memory class. The program requires a minimum of six participants so grab a few friends and be a student again.

There are quick simple techniques that rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit so you live your life refreshed and ready to accomplish great things. Learn how to awaken the senses, take breaks without breaking, practice skill builders and energize with getting physical movements. In depth discussions, information and techniques provided on Breathing, Sleeping, Nutrition, Centering and Movement.

Make the Most of Your Memory
Give your brain and body a fantastic workout by participating in Make the Most of Your Memory Class at Chaminade University this June. Join instructor Paula Mantel at the Ching Center on the Chaminade Campus for a fun-filled class with effective mnemonics to improve your memory. You can learn to recall anything more easily, especially names and numbers using Association, Peg Systems, Story Telling, Mapping and Music. Learn easy to remember Brain Gym movements and Biofeedback to help you feel your best. In addition, learn the latest from clinical studies on how to protect you and your family from Dementia and Alzheimers.
